2006 – The Vision
Much prayer had gone into seeking the Lord’s will for the Church House, which was no longer required to house a pastor and was also in need of major renovations.
The elders were in agreement that it would be a place where people could be helped and that it would not be let out to a third party for solely financial gain.
Through our partnership with Teen Challenge, the idea developed that the house could be utilised as a place for men to resettle in the community; for example, after finishing their Teen Challenge programme or having been referred from an Alpha Course.

February 2008 – All Hands on Deck
Building works commenced to convert the house from 4 to 6 bedrooms, including a fully fitted kitchen/diner, a 2-room loft conversion with a walk-in shower, a new central heating system and a complete repaint/carpeting of every room.

October 2008 – The Vision Fulfilled

After Sunday Service, both adults and children came to pray and dedicate the house and future residents to the Lord.
